Refund & Exchange
We accept returns on ready to Ship items with in 14 days of the purchase date. There is a 10% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.
All sales are final on Custom orders and Made to order items.
Custome pieces are made according to your specific measurements provided. This sale is final once design is approved and production has started. Any alteration services will be extra if incorrect measurement is provided. For accurate measurements, please have a professional assist you if you’re not sure on how to take the right measurements.
Ready to Ship
Ready to ship items are mailed 2 – 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority or Express with tracking. You will be notified if there is any delay. You will receive a tracking number once your item is sent. International priority takes 7-10 days for for delivery, sadly there are no tracking numbers for international Made to Order / Custom orders
There is generally a window of 1 – 3 weeks for made to order/custom orders. This may change depening on our work load. You will be notified if there is any delay.
If you prefer delivery by UPS/Fedex with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We are not responsible for wrong address given, lost or stolen packages once sent out. You are free to purchase insurance if you feel necessary.
