Refund & Exchange

One of a kind, and vintage peices maybe returned within 7 days of the purchase date.  Please contact us right away.  There is a 10% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. 


Made to order and Custom orders (All sales final)

Custome pieces are made according to your specific measurements provided.  This sale is final once design is approved and production has started.  Any alteration services will be extra if incorrect measurement is provided.  For accurate measurements, please have a seamstress/taylor assist you if your not sure on taking measurements.


Ready to Ship

Ready to ship items are mailed 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS priority with tracking. You will be notified if there is any delay. You will receive a tracking number once your item is sent. International priority takes 7-10 days for for delivery, sadly there are no tracking for international.

Made to Order / Custom orders

There is generally a window of 2-3 weeks for made to order/custom orders. This may change depening on our work load. You will be notified if there is any delay.  

Rush Orders

If you prefer delivery by UPS/Fedex with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once sent out.  You are free to purchase insurance if you feel nessacary.
